Storage pricing is based on the amount of data stored in your buckets, and the read / write operations that you do when uploading and accessing the data.

    Storage Costs

    ItemQuantityCost in Naira
    Data storageevery 100 GiB6660
    Read operationper 100000.0001
    Write operationper 100000.0001
    Delete operationper 100000.0001

Read operations include your users accessing public assets in your buckets. An example for this is a user loading your website that pulls images from a Nebula bucket.

  • What are the pricing models available?

Pricing is based on your usage. Server instance prices are calculated based on the type of instance you create and use over time, per hour. Storage prices are based the cumulative size of objects stored within your instance over time, per month.

Security and compliance

  • What kind of security levels does Nebula offer for servers, storage, and databases?

Nebula offers full Identity and Access Management through the Nebula Console. This gives you full control over who can access your resources and what actions they can perform.

The Console’s Access manager serves as the central hub for managing user identities, authentication, and authorization across your entire infrastructure. The Access manager enables you to:

    • Select appropriate user roles for every user in your organization, with granular permission levels for accessing and managing your resources.
    • Audit user activity through detailed logging about every user action on every resource.
  • How does Nebula ensure security and compliance?

Security and compliance in Nebula’s services and environments are a shared responsibility between Nebula and you, the customer.

In short, we are responsible for the security of the cloud, while you are responsible for security in the cloud. You have full control of the security measures you choose to implement to protect your your own contents and application.

We manage the infrastructure, including the host operating systems, virtualization layers, and physical security of the facilities we use.

This model enables us to reduce your operational burden.

  • This sounds nice, but what is exactly in the scope of responsibility for Nebula and for me?

    • For Nebula, this means responsibility for safeguarding the infrastructure that supports all Nebula cloud services, including hardware, software, networking, and physical facilities.

    • For you, this means responsibility for applications deployed in Nebula’s services.

This includes managing your guest operating systems, their updates and security patches, governing the application software you run on your instances, and controlling access management to any resource that you create.

You are also responsible to train and educate your team in cloud security and the usage of Nebula’s tools.
